Your purchase is for a physical product (print book, sheet music, or CD) delivered by mail. Some products may also include access to companion audio resources, as described on the product page.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange for the same item within 30 days of delivery.

For higher-value items, we recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
